My career spans entertainment, higher education, agency, and corporate environments. I’ve directed, produced, edited, and overseen work across television, digital, social, and integrated campaigns, often stepping into moments of change where teams were stalled, fragmented, or under pressure to evolve.
What defines my approach is the balance between creative craft and operational clarity. I care deeply about the story, while also focusing on the people, processes, and systems that make great work sustainable.
I enjoy helping teams shape the narrative…then building the workflows, culture, and team structures that allow creative organizations to move faster, collaborate better, and raise the bar over time.
I’ve led multidisciplinary teams of managers, coordinators, editors, producers, videographers, photographers, designers, and project managers…reporting directly to executive leadership and partnering closely with marketing, IT, and product stakeholders.
I’m known for being down to earth, approachable, collaborative, calm under pressure, and deeply invested in developing talent…helping individuals grow while aligning teams around shared standards and purpose.
More recently, I’ve been leveraging AI-driven creative tools…not as shortcuts, but as extensions of real creative and operational practice.
